The Role and Impact:
Intel is seeking a highly motivated Operations Finance Specialist to join our Advanced Packaging Foundry Finance team. This role is instrumental in shaping financial strategies while delivering data-driven insights to drive operational excellence. You will play an essential part in translating business strategy into actionable financial targets and supporting Intel's profitability goals. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial plans aligned with Intel's strategic goals, ensuring controlled risk and reward-based decision-making.
- Analyze business performance against budget and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform cost/benefit and sensitivity analyses for various scenarios, providing actionable insights to business teams.
- Benchmark key performance indicators against internal and external peers to identify best practices.
- Design and deliver automated financial reports using business intelligence tools to provide meaningful insights.
- Drive financial evaluation improvements through efficient methods and automation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate outcomes with financial performance, informing strategic discussions and driving enhanced results.
- Partner with business teams to optimize investment budget and evaluation of strategic deals.
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 324
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in financial systems such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or CPA.
- Demonstrated ability to create actionable insights through data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience in Foundry finance or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- Proven skills in scenario planning, capacity planning, or depreciation forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $97,210.00-163,990.00 USD
