Responsibilities:
- Support Personal Wealth clients by phone, addressing a broad range of inquiries and coordinating with business partners to meet their needs.
- Receive training curriculum, shadowing, exposure to related business groups and support from advisors/relationship managers.
- Partner with financial advisors to complete key planning activities, including portfolio implementation and rebalancing.
- Strengthen your investment acumen through training in brokerage trading, ETFs, and Vanguard’s products and services.
- Research and resolve complex client requests, contributing to smooth execution of transactions and service processes across support group functions.
- Participate in special projects that enhance the client experience and overall Personal Wealth outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is a prerequisite for this role. Candidates must have successfully passed the SIE exam prior to the start date.
- Learning agility to successfully pass the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or Series 66 (or equivalent licenses) within the period described in Vanguard’s FINRA Licensing Policy by using resources and support provided by Vanguard.
- Passion for financial planning, advisory or relationship management career path.
- Excellent written, verbal, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive demeanor with the ability to effectively handle change in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact across multiple sites, departments, and with various levels of management.
