In this role, you will build your financial planning competence, partner closely with advisors or relationship managers, receive support and mentorship, and have the opportunity to obtain the licensing and credentials necessary to lay the foundation needed for an exciting career in financial planning. Responsibilities:
Support AWM clients by phone, addressing a broad range of inquiries and coordinating with business partners to meet their needs.
Receive training curriculum, shadowing, exposure to related business groups and support from advisors/relationship managers
Partner with financial advisors to complete key planning activities, including portfolio implementation and rebalancing.
Strengthen your investment acumen through training in brokerage trading, ETFs, and Vanguard’s products and services.
Research and resolve complex client requests, contributing to smooth execution of transactions and service processes across support group functions.
Participate in special projects that enhance the client experience and overall Advice and Wealth Management outcomes.
