Lead hands-on performance engagements including scenario creation, script development, execution, and analysis.
Apply strong expertise in TrueClient protocol, ensuring accurate browser-based performance validation.
Utilize experience with Oracle NCA, Citrix, RDP, and SAP Web protocols for complex enterprise systems.
Drive performance baselining, workload modeling, and shift-left performance practices across teams.
Contribute to performance engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Performance Strategy, Execution & Governance
Execute a full range of non-functional tests including benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
Monitor application logs, server telemetry, and system behaviors to identify bottlenecks and anomalies.
Handle technical issues across environments; coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Publish performance test results, reports, and dashboards; obtain approvals and sign-offs from stakeholders.
Provide detailed defect documentation and manage issues through the full lifecycle using established bug workflows.
Communicate test progress, risks, issues, and results to project managers and technical leadership throughout the Agile lifecycle.
Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements, system goals, and end-user expectations.
