Job Summary:
Serve as the primary liaison to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for both regulatory compliance and student management systems. Provide strategic leadership in auditing work performance, evaluating adherence to grant requirements, and managing data integrity. Collaborate with all college departments to ensure the AEL program meets state, regional, and federal regulatory standards while overseeing the performance metrics that drive program success. This position reports to the Associate Vice President – Continuing Professional Development.Required Qualifications:

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in government and industry compliance, data reporting, and performance accountability.
Preferred
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience with grant-funded projects and TWC-specific systems.
