The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Adoption & Change Management Senior Manager to join the team in Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; or Hazelwood, MO.

As a Senior Manager in our Cloud and Developer Platforms organization, you will be instrumental in building a world-class capability that sets us apart as a leader in cloud innovation. As a visionary leader, you will drive the development of end-to-end solutions that enhance the resilience, security, and scalability of our cloud services.

This role requires a strategic mindset combined with disciplined execution to ensure our platforms align with industry best practices and stay ahead of emerging trends. You will spearhead cloud adoption initiatives, training programs, and change enablement efforts across the enterprise. Your focus will be on enhancing workforce cloud fluency and driving a cultural transformation that embraces innovation and agility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead cloud adoption programs, including training, certification, and community of practice

  • Drive organizational change management strategies to support cloud transformation

  • Partner with Human Resources (HR), learning, and business leaders to accelerate skills development

  • Measure adoption maturity and report progress to executive stakeholders

  • Develop communication strategies that articulate cloud value and promote success stories

  • Lead internal training, workshops, documentation, and communities of practice

  • Provide onboarding and best practices templates for product teams

  • Measure adoption, satisfaction, and identify areas of friction

  • Partner with Platform Engineering & Product to resolve adoption barriers

  • Manage launch communications and awareness for new platform features

  • Collaborate with Product Strategy & Governance on adoption-focused roadmaps

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or organizational change management

  • 5+ years of experience with migrating applications to Cloud platform

  • Experience leading large-scale IT transformation projects

  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior business and IT leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in multi-cloud architecture (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP))

  • 5+ years of experience coordinating complex product development cycles

  • 3+ years of experience with adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $161,500 – $233,450
