As an Adoption and Deployment Advisor within the Individual Insurance, Savings and Retirement sector, you play a key role in the rollout and adoption of initiatives among advisors and clients. You act as a facilitator between teams to ensure effective implementation, maximize the value of deployed solutions, accelerate their adoption, and reduce potential pain points.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Adoption and Deployment Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Adoption, Enablement and Alignment

  • Responsible for ensuring the readiness, alignment, and success conditions of deployments, in collaboration with partner teams.

  • Support and advise business partners in defining their needs.

  • Identify deployment risks, constraints, dependencies, and requirements, and propose mitigation measures.

  • Lead and operationalize strategies that promote adoption of deployed solutions.

  • Support advisors and clients in adopting and embracing changes.

  • In a context of multiple and simultaneous deployments, ensure alignment, consistency, and synchronization of initiatives.

  • Prepare and facilitate cross-functional committees and governance bodies related to deployments.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze post-deployment results and formulate improvement recommendations to optimize usage and maximize benefits.

  • Contribute to stabilization and optimization phases following implementation.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is known for their experience in complex organizational and digital transformation initiatives, enabling effective navigation in high-impact change environments.

  • Stands out for their ability to exercise strategic judgment and formulate sound recommendations to support decision-making in transformation contexts.

  • Demonstrates strong communication, influence, and mobilization skills, including facilitating executive or complex cross-functional committees in interconnected, multi-environment settings.

  • Is recognized for their high level of autonomy and the ability to operate effectively in complex and matrixed environments.

  • Has 7 to 10 years of experience in change management or digital adoption.

  • Holds a university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in a relevant field; PROSCI certification (ADKAR methodology) is considered an asset.

  • Charter of the French language clause to add if needed: (Beginner, intermediate, or advanced) level of English proficiency, as the role involves (list tasks) with (type of stakeholders, “who”) on a (frequency) basis.

  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and English, as the role requires regular oral and written collaboration with unilingual French and English-speaking partners and colleagues.
