About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator to own and evolve our global work management platform at S&P Global. This position supports our in-house Creative Agency (The 199) and involves driving governance, integrations, data quality, and user adoption across Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Platform Ownership & Governance:

    • Architect and maintain Workfront portfolios, programs, projects, request queues, routing rules, custom forms/fields, templates, and blueprints.

    • Define governance (naming, taxonomy, statuses, approval flows), enforce standards, and manage license strategy.

  • User & Access Management:

    • Manage groups, teams, roles, and permissions; administer SSO/SCIM; ensure audit, security, and compliance.

  • Reporting, Dashboards & Data Quality:

    • Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for capacity, throughput, time tracking, SLAs, and OKRs.

    • Monitor data hygiene, conduct periodic audits, and drive corrective actions.

  • Integrations & Automation:

    • Lead integrations via Workfront Fusion and APIs (e.g., AEM, Marketo Engage/Adobe, Jira, Salesforce, Slack/Teams, SharePoint).

    • Design automation to reduce manual work and improve cycle times.

  • Release & Change Management:

    • Own sandbox strategy, UAT, release notes, and change logs; run pilots and phased rollouts.

    • Create enablement assets (how-tos, SOPs, videos) and deliver office hours and training.

  • Support & Continuous Improvement:

    • Run the Workfront help desk/backlog, triage tickets, and meet SLAs.

    • Track adoption/ROI metrics; surface insights and roadmap recommendations to leadership.

  • Risk, Reliability & Vendor Liaison:

    • Proactively manage incidents, escalations, and platform reliability; partner with Adobe Support as needed.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,094 to $95,087.75. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration at Adobe or within a large enterprise using Workfront.

  • Proven experience configuring complex request-to-delivery workflows, custom forms, templates, reports, and permissions at scale.

  • Practical expertise with Workfront Fusion (or comparable iPaaS) and familiarity with REST APIs.

  • Background supporting marketing/creative operations or PMO in a B2B environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management, documentation, training, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Administration experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., AEM Sites/Assets, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Marketo Engage).

  • Admin experience with work management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
