Salary range (but not limited to):
101,800 - 124,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role
We are looking for an Adobe Experience Platform Owner – Senior Software Developer to establish and uphold governance for Adobe’s ecosystem.
This role invites an experienced professional to implement, alongside colleagues, best practices for data collection and sharing across Adobe Tags, Experience Platform, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics. Your leadership and hands-on contributions will help make Intact Lab a reference hub for digital data.
Location: Montreal/Toronto
What you’ll do here:
Governance: Define and implement (independently and in collaboration with digital data analysts) governance and best practices for Adobe product components (naming conventions, standardization, etc.).
Vision: Define and evolve the structure, vision, and maturity of Adobe platforms in partnership with implementation specialists and digital data analysts. Be creative and propose ideas to improve our tools.
Support: Act as the platform expert and support digital data analysts and implementation specialists in their challenges.
Data capture: Build data pipelines to combine Intact’s internal and digital data, enabling digital data analysts to make business decisions faster.
What you bring to the table:
At least 5 years of experience in analytics development
Passion for digital and analytics
Deep knowledge of implementing digital data collection on Adobe
Experience implementing A/B testing on Adobe
Initiative and ability to work under pressure
Ability to simplify, break down, and clearly explain issues
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Strong attention to detail in organizing data and information
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
