The Director of Graduate Admissions will report to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions. The Director of Graduate Admissions is primarily responsible for creating and implementing recruiting and admissions plans for the Master of Science programs. This individual will be forward-thinking, collaborative, motivated, and goal-oriented, with an attention to detail as well as the ability to understand and achieve the broader strategic vision. This role executes other related duties as assigned, and is expected to promote an environment that fosters inclusive relationships and creates unbiased opportunities for contributions through ideas, words, and actions that uphold principles of the USC Code of Ethics.

Anticipated Hiring Range:
The annual base salary range for this position is $81,329.53 - $114,507.24. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
