Full time – 37.5hrs a week (rotating shifts Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 8.00pm)

The Admissions Officer plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient admission process at the Cromwell Hospital. They are responsible for coordinating and processing inpatient, day-case, outpatient procedure bookings and admissions. Ensuring accurate data entry, verifying insurance details, and delivering a high standard of customer service to patients and their families. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to hospital policies, and effective communication with various stakeholders, including patients, consultants, and insurance companies.
