Manage a wide range of training-related administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.
Actively support and co-coordinate the weekly/monthly training schedule, ensuring sessions are planned and communicated clearly.
Maintain and update training data in HR systems, including registrations, attendance, and training records.
Serve as the first point of contact for training-related questions from colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate communication with external training partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and follow-up.
Arrange logistics for training participants, such as hotel bookings and travel planning.
