Description of Tasks:

· Contacting former service users by phone using contact details provided.

Asking if they are happy to provide feedback and guiding them through the

MS Forms survey over the phone.

· Logging the outcome of each call using a provided sheet.

· Referring any safeguarding or support concerns to staff.

· To accompany practitioners on first visits.

· Scanning and printing documents.

· Inputting notes onto the system.

Time commitment:

· Flexible, ideally at least 4 hours per week.

Training and support:

· Induction covering confidentiality, safeguarding and feedback processes.

· Ongoing support from a named staff contact.

· Access to call scripts, quick guides and logging tools.

· Debrief/check-ins available after calling sessions.
