Administrator Supply Chain Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper supply levels are maintained in the distribution center and ensures the acceptability of the supplies available while managing the distribution and receiving departments under the guidance of the Director of Supply Chain Logistics and Technology. You will manage the preparation, processing, loading/unloading and delivery schedules of staff and supplies and equipment in accordance with established procedures. You will perform all duties inherent to a managerial role. You will participates in hiring, training, evaluation, and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures. Your attention to detail will help save lives every day by ensuring our clinical teams have proper equipment and inventory levels for distribution.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree

  • Experience with all supplies including operating room items 

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years inventory/supply chain experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

  • Microsoft Office and other relevant computer skills

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through courteous and cooperative relations with hospital staff, patients, visitors, and the public.

  • Ability to appropriately and positively interact with patients, visitors and staff from diversified backgrounds
