What you will accomplish with us

As an Administrator, Settlements, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and processing various transactions required for plan administration;

  • Receiving and handling client requests submitted by email;

  • Reviewing non-financial transactions completed by colleagues;

  • Preparing various reports and tax slips for clients and regulatory authorities;

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by proposing solutions using Lean tools;

  • Participating in the Daily Management System (DMS).

  • Has a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;

  • Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves analyzing documentation and complex files, reading and drafting notes, reports, and emails in English, and interacting daily with unilingual English-speaking clients and partners.
