General Responsibilities
• Greets and directs visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answers and transfers phone calls to the correct department.
• Handles inquiries from clients and staff.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Schedules appointments and meetings.
• Manages visitor logs and security procedures.
• Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails.
• Supports with office supplies inventory and ordering.
• Assists with event or meeting preparations (booking rooms, refreshments, etc.).
• Supervises front desk operations and office procedures.
• Supports with budgeting and financial reporting for administrative expenses.
Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
