REQ13765 Administrator, Project (Open Date: 11/12/2025)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Providing all administrative support to assist for efficient operation of the respective teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relieve management of administrative matters by the following up on projects, transmitting information, keeping informed of pertinent activities, organizing the filing and inventory control.
- Maintain registers tracing the status of all documents submitted to the Department for action.
- Follow up with requests for information updates within Department.
- Communicate with all other departments to enhance daily tasks.
- Prioritize urgency and assist to coordinate operational requirements.
- Compose and type all correspondence and reports.
- Provide all necessary administrative supports as management’s request (meeting room reservation and taking care of logistics).
- Maintain office supply inventories and in charge of the PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- Book Travel arrangements
- Coordinate messenger and courier service
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Independent, active, hardworking, good sense of responsibility, Good communication skills.
- Handle matters which are sensitive and confidential in nature.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other products.
- Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese and English is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in administrative matters.
- College or above
