As part of our talent team in WB Motor Sales, The Administrator Operations function is to control a defined administrative process using specific technical and operational knowledge within mandated frameworks. The incumbent works under general supervision, uses a degree of interpretation and is expected to comply strictly to standards, policies, procedures and legislative requirements in order to mitigate risk to the business.

• Resolves incoming telephone queries and directs unresolved queries to the relevant departments
• Provides end-to-end administration of a defined process according to required standards and procedures
• Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Delivers customer service through adherence to quality service standards

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Matric /Relevant Qualification

• Experience: 2 – 5 Experience Operations Administration within Financial Services Industry
