As an Administrator in our Information Technology team, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the IT Leadership Team. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations across a dynamic IT function and be comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. This is a hybrid role in a flexible working environment.
Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role with diary management and meeting coordination for multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, demonstrating clear and professional communication.
Positive mindset combined with strong passion for problem-solving and driving successful outcomes.
Proficiency with the MS suite, expense and travel management software or systems.
