Manage and apply resources to general clinical operations, guided by experience, organizational goals and operational strategies. Also responsible for the management of cyclical projects. Work on complex clinical matters where analysis of issues, data and process require advanced specialist knowledge and in-depth industry and technical knowledge. Direct the overall administration of medical facilities, long term care, clinics and/or hospital. Lead a Senior Management team responsible for daily operations, through ensuring effective and efficient utilization of staffing and resources of the facility. Direct, develop, implement and coordinate operational activities. Develop strategic plans, including facility assessment, that enhance the patient care experience while keeping staff accountable for setting departmental goals. Ensure systems are in place to accomplish and maintain patient care, safety and education, along with community service goals through the enhancement of needed services and the procurement of cost-effective methods to provide those services. Advise Board and Senior Management on strategic responses for state and local environment, including the health care industry. Guide leadership on facility-wide financial planning, budgeting, investment priorities and policy matters. Lead and develop managers and staff in alignment with enterprise mission, vision and values. Must possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of state and local healthcare regulations and standards.Qualifications
