What You'll Do:

  • Ability to prioritize work to meet the goals and objects of the company, business unit, and team.

  • Budget & Financial Operations duties to include understanding of the budgeting process, coordination of annual budgets, capital forecasts, and long-range plans, analysis of budget variances, and other accounting activities including processing funding actions, journal entries, tracking project spending, and other expense tracking as requested.

  • Continuous Improvement - Research information and seeks out and recommend solutions within area of responsibility. Understands the importance of identifying all opportunities and presenting new ideas and approaches.

  • Effective Communication - listens, and promotes ideas clearly with team, management, and customers/contractors/vendors.

  • Expense & Time Reporting- performs reporting for self and plant employees, time entry approvals, adjustments, and reporting.

  • Demonstrates an attitude and desire to listen to and satisfy internal and external customers who use and depend upon their work. Knows which decisions they are authorized to make. Identifies risks and promotes opportunities.

  • Works as a team. Participates and contributes to achieving team goals. Networks with peers to share information and encourage cooperation. Uses informal network to get things done. Develops effective win-win relationships, while understanding the goals and perspectives of others.

  • Participates in providing training and performance improvement projects and activities for lower-level employees.

  • Processes Access & Security Management which would include badge request access for new hires, transfers, and terminations. Maintaining key entry, tracking vehicle usage and registration and other documentation.

  • Compliance, Regulatory and Legal Support - includes tracking city water usage and environmental reporting, maintaining OSHA logs and incident reports.

  • Assist with rate case request for information and documentation

  • Provides SOX and remediation reporting

  • Administrative and Office Support - Invoice processing, maintaining scorecards, compliance boards and HR postings, mail drop off and pick up, ordering office supplies, and organizing recognition events and meetings as requested.

  • Participates in company and contractor's meeting, as requested.

  • Demonstrates ability to lead others.

What We're Looking For:

Education requirements are listed below: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited school with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Accounting or Material Management, or equivalent education/work experience.

Compensation Range:

$61,647.00 - $90,474.50
