To provide proactive and reliable administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the designated functional area, while driving accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

As part of our Talent Team in FNB Collections and Platform Enablement, The Administrator's responsibly is provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area.

Are you someone who can:

Assess and Mitigate Risk

  • Conduct thorough assessments of high-risk accounts to identify potential issues early.
  • Where necessary, engage directly with customers to address concerns and implement corrective measures.

Proactive Customer Engagement

  • Offer tailored, proactive solutions to customers aimed at preventing accounts from falling into arrears, exceeding limits, or progressing further in the collections process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide guidance that maximises value and benefits through FNB products and services.

Collections Optimisation

  • Drive improvement in collections performance by negotiating adjustments or reductions on accounts that are in excess.
  • Monitor and analyse account trends to recommend strategies that reduce delinquency rates and improve overall portfolio health.

Customer-Centric Solutions

  • Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Minimum Qualification – Matric and NQF L5

  • Preferred Qualification – Related Qualification

  • Experience - 2 to 4 years' experience within the role with a key understanding of the Debt Review Process
