Pacific Production Team
Candidate will manage the processing of publications and stationeries print orders and ensure that a high-quality print product will be produced and be delivered in a timely and professional manner together with our business partners, print vendors and warehouses.
Accountabilities:
Processing of scheduled Publications and stationery/Miscellaneous products from print to despatch.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Processing Print Orders, creating despatch schedules, signing off titles, receipting and invoicing, confirming lists, and processing other admin tasks.
File management of monthly metrics, reports, tracking spreadsheets, publishing and budget schedules
Adhere to task schedule and priority management
Processing of ad hoc tasks delegated by the onshore team
Troubleshoot and analyze issues, help drive resolutions, and follow corresponding escalation process when necessary
Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all individual and applicable team deliverables by following best practices, policies, and procedures
Participate in daily calls, team meetings, calibration meetings – as necessary and requested
Effectively plan and manage individual and team's deliverables to meet expectations
Meet operational KPIs / KPOs
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–2 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferably with background in data analysis
Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules
Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Fresh graduates may also be considered based on communication skills and overall potential
