The Position

The Administrative Support - Sales provides clerical support focused on sales department activities, maintaining files, logs, and records related to events, purchase orders, and project documentation. Assists in planning and executing sales management projects for individuals or teams. Additionally, provides support to the Sales team with travel arrangements, presentation materials, booth collateral, and vendor coordination.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manages sales orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation, including proposals and contracts.

  • Maintains up-to-date customer records and sales databases, handling inquiries and providing product support.

  • Coordinates with logistics and finance to resolve sales-related issues and generates reports to analyze sales performance.

  • Assists in sales forecasting, budget preparation, and the organization of sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Provides administrative support by managing schedules, correspondence, filing systems, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assists with onboarding new employees and manages office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

  • Collaborates across departments to offer effective solutions, fostering a positive work environment and serving as a contact point for inquiries.

Who you are

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing office operations and providing comprehensive support, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and possessing excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects effectively, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
