Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store and Inventory Coordinator, specializing in managing network equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure by efficiently managing the inventory of network equipment and providing support to the technical team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of network equipment including routers, switches, and cables.

  • Coordinate equipment deployment and distribution for various projects.

  • Facilitate equipment returns, repairs, and warranty claims.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on inventory status.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a technical environment.

  • Ability to operate a forklift; possession of a valid forklift certification will be an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
