About This Role
The Training Administrator reports to the DOT.
Support in maintaining a master list of all SFI / SFE proficiency check expiration dates and liaises with the scheduling department to schedule the proficiency/assessment checks.
TA shall ensure that the proficiency/assessment takes place as per schedule.
Ensuring all SFI/ SFE license revalidation requirements are scheduled and completed after the successful completion of the proficiency/assessment checks prior to the license expiration.
Liaison with the Regulatory Affair Strategic Partner Lead concerning SFI and SFE MOLIT authorization, revalidation, and renewal.
Preparation of all relevant training documentation. Validating pre-requisites for all clients
Conducting welcome briefings for clients.
Liaison with client and MOLIT regarding training affairs.
Support to prepare any internal and external audit, working closely with the QA of CFSSK.
Shall ensure training personnel and client records comply with the relevant/competent authority requirement.
Liaison with the DOT on matters concerning the proper training report completion including any corrective action if needed and proper filing of the records.
· Any relevant duties/tasks as assigned by the DOT.
· On completion of the intern training program at CAE Asiana if needed the intern can be tasked to be involved with projects working closely with the TA of the other 2 division of CFSSK.
· Admin support for SFI/SFE/DCA on-boarding / qualification/re-qualification process.
· Admin support for K-ATPL / Type rating process for newly hired instructors with KOTSA.
· Support DOT for Self-Government Assessment.
· Support training related matters for Air Zeta as well as Asiana.
· Support Instructor Training Records Digitalization project.
