This position provides essential clerical and administrative support while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for customers and staff. Responsibilities include providing front desk customer service, managing general phone inquiries, receiving and processing claims, and scanning and indexing documents to maintain accurate records. The role also assists with the Legal Class Verification process and supports the Meeting Management Team in setting up, assisting
with running meeting presentations, and training to take official meeting minutes for
board meetings. This position requires adherence to Open Meeting Law, including timely posting of meeting notices and results.

About Us
The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors' Office is responsible for facilitating Board meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring public access to records, and delivering a range of statutory services to the community. Although smaller in size compared to other departments, the office is made up of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to maintaining efficient operations.
