ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Salary Range: $102246 - $158062 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will provide business and financial management support, program evaluation and management expertise to the Program Office and PEO.
  • You will support the preparation of business portions of program acquisition documentation and demonstrate knowledge of various standard program analysis processes.
  • You will prepare budget execution plans and documents plans in NERP, reviews and releases Program Office level financial documents, including contract agreements and task managements.
  • You will prepare, justify, and defend impact statements and reclamas.
  • You will coordinate Life Cycle Cost Estimates and cost modeling analysis for programs/projects using tools such as Activity Based Costing/Management.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing budget execution plans; reviewing and releasing Program Office level financial documents; formulating budgets supportive of and consistent with program planning submissions; AND coordinating Life Cycle Cost Estimates and cost modeling analysis for programs/projects.
