Salary Range: $76463 - $118204 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will performing all pre-award and post-award functions, using a wide range of complex contracting methods and complex and hybrid contract types (e.g. Cost-Plus mixed with Fixed-Price, Firm Fixed-Price, etc).
  • You will plan the overall approach to meet the programs’ objectives by procuring a variety of requirements with multiple complexities associated with major systems acquisitions.
  • You will develop objectives and strategies for the acquisition in terms of competition and price range; and prepare and maintains acquisition plans, appropriate milestone charts, and related schedules.
  • You will perform cost analysis, uses the weighted guidelines to develop profit/ fee objectives and negotiates contract costs.
  • You will conduct post-award conferences with the contractor to clarify contractual requirements and special provisions.
  • You will perform contract administration, to include a wide variety of contract modifications ranging from funding actions to highly complex major scope changes, which require performance of advanced cost analysis.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing business advice to the customer and support to the Contracting Officer in planning, negotiating, and administering contracts of various types and complexities.
