Administrative Programs Manager III
Overview: This position supports the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and serves as the primary liaison between ODMHSAS and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) across Oklahoma. The incumbent will lead coordination of technical assistance, training, and quality improvement efforts to strengthen the methadone and MOUD treatment system. The position will remain current on applicable laws, regulations, and emerging best practices related to methadone and MOUD services. A strong emphasis will be placed on reducing stigma and promoting evidence-based understanding of addiction and its treatment. Additionally, the position will collaborate across systems—including courts, child welfare, and other state and community partners—to improve awareness, reduce barriers to treatment, and support alignment with best practices related to MOUD. The role also supports SOTA responsibilities related to SAMHSA Extranet exception requests and fosters collaboration among OTPs, community partners, and federal stakeholders to improve access, quality, and outcomes in MOUD treatment statewide.
Key responsibilities:
This position is fully grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Continued employment is dependent on the continuation of funding.
