Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will manage all Request for Personnel Actions, including recruitment, awards, reassignments, and separations that result in the issuance of Notices of Personnel Action or Standard Form 50 (SF50).
  • You will manage personnel information databases by updating and verifying that the data is consistent across the databases: Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • You will gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts and information; identify problems or issues; draw conclusions; and make recommendations consistent with the organization's work methods, procedures, and management control systems.
  • You will serve as the central point-of-contact for command-wide data calls requiring responses, and inform senior leaders on the nature of data calls, coordinate responses and report results to leadership.
  • You will lead recruitment efforts to fill vacant positions using standard hiring practices and advise hiring managers on the best hiring or appointment authority to use in filling vacant positions.
  • You will recommend program changes or corrective actions to organization's leadership to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of assigned operating programs.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating administrative personnel management activities (e.g., request for personnel actions, travel requirements, awards, regulatory compliance, development of policies and procedures) to ensure operational efficiency for an organization.
