About the Role:

As an Administrative Intern, the VALEO POWER DRIVE AMERICA region operation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to provide essential support to various departments, ensuring efficient daily operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment.

Seeking a year-round intern who is available to work full-time throughout the summer, then on a part-time basis during the school year pending class schedule.

Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities Also Include:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.

  • Support meeting preparation, including scheduling, room setup, and minute-taking.

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for team members.

  • Support internal communications by drafting and distributing announcements.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.


What You Should Have:

  • Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required.
