Join our team at the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and be a powerful force for good! We're seeking Administrative & Customer Service Associates (Multiple Levels) to join our teams across the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Administrative Associate I: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and one year of experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate II and Customer Service Associate I: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and two years of experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate III and Customer Service Associate II: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and three years of experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate IV: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and four years of experience in general office or clerical work.
Administrative Associate V and Customer Service Associate III: High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience and five years of experience in general office or clerical work.

What you need to know
Location: All positions will be located onsite in College Station, Texas.
Schedule: Assigned schedule depends on department and/or role. Positions may require flexibility to work alternate shifts, holidays, weekends, and/or 'on-call duty'. Please Note: Persons in this position are considered essential when the University declares an emergency, campus closure, class cancellations, etc.
Salary: All positions included in this posting offer a starting rate of $15.85 per hour. Compensation and classification are based on the needs of the department and the analysis of the above qualifications during the recruitment process. Final compensation may vary based on specialty service and the level of responsibility assigned.

Some of the Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service Support: Provide professional in person, phone, and email support. Welcome and check in visitors, respond to inquiries, and guide customers to appropriate resources. Maintain confidentiality and assist with resolving routine concerns.
Administrative Operations: Perform daily office tasks including scheduling, filing, scanning, and data entry. Prepare, proofread, and update documents and correspondence. Support departmental staff with general administrative needs.
Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation. Enter and retrieve data, prepare reports, and verify required forms or customer documentation.
Policy, Compliance, and Procedure Support: Apply and communicate organizational policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to department standards and contribute to improvements in processes or workflows.
Teamwork: Work cooperatively with staff and student employees. Provide guidance or cross training to team members as needed to support consistent service delivery
