Job Description:

Office Management – FR / BNL:
Management of printing suppliers, brochure and product stock, ordering of commercial samples, preparation and shipment of brochures and sales materials for the sales teams and events, follow-up of product shipments for sales representatives from Amersfoort, telephone switchboard, management of the France info mailbox.

Events Management – FR / BNL:
Planning and organization of training programs and events (hotel, catering, guest lists, ordering, preparation and shipment of all required materials, etc.). Liaison with training organizations responsible for organizing the various events. Creation of partner contracts and hospitality agreements, follow-up, reminders, and collection of all signed contracts. Regulatory declaration of partner contracts and hospitality agreements to the relevant government authorities. Monitoring of event-related sales in the CRM.

Competitive Intelligence – Benelux:
Market and competitor monitoring through social media, websites, flyers, etc.

Proofreading / Dutch Translation:
Translation into Dutch of marketing tools created at European level and locally, for adaptation and deployment within the Benelux region.

CRM:
Data extraction and communication to Customer Service regarding complimentary products to be delivered directly to dental practices.

Credit Notes – Benelux:
Preparation of the necessary files to generate credit notes for Benelux dealers.

Team Meetings – FR / BNL:
Preparation and organization of local sales meetings (hotel, activities, logistics, etc.).
