KBR is seeking an Administrative Coordinator (Evening/Afternoon Shift: 1-9 pm) to support student management/accountability operations at SWESC/Naval Station Great Lakes. This is a full-time, onsite role, shift 1 pm-9 pm. This position provides administrative and program support in a professional office environment. The role focuses on coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, and customer service support to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate student accountability for continuous training improvement and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with civilian, government-contract, and active-duty personnel to support communication, scheduling, and administrative processes for student management and training activities.

Other Notes: Position is onsite. May require frequent travel between assigned buildings; candidate must provide their own transportation (no base transportation available). May require walking between buildings (potentially 1–2 miles) and working in inclement weather. May require stair use in multi-floor buildings without passenger elevators.
Basic Compensation: $53,000-$62,000. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
