Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator will provide direct administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Executive Strategy. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, managing expenses through Concur, and handling confidential information with discretion. This position will report to the Vice President, Executive Strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
Prepare meeting materials and document key takeaways and next steps.
Organize and maintain executive OneNote files, ensuring notes, materials, and action items are clearly documented and easy to access.
Support the development and organization of PowerPoint presentations, including assembling content, formatting, and ensuring materials are presentation-ready.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging.
Submit invoices for payment and complete expense reports in Concur.
Maintain and protect confidential information.
Use available tools and technology to manage communication, projects, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings and events across multiple facilities by working with facility staff, catering, IT, and other departments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and exercise proper judgment.
Be trustworthy and exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; prefer specialization or experience in sports administration.
