The Role at a Glance

Under general supervision, the Administrative Associate III provides advanced, complex administrative support for the Transportation, Heavy Equipment & CDL programs. This position supports program operations by coordinating administrative processes related to course delivery, customer service, documentation, fiscal tracking, and inventory. The role serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and providing information regarding programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains fiscal, administrative, and academic records. Coordinates meetings, events, and special projects. Supports program operations through effective communication, documentation, and organizational skills. This position may assist with monitoring program expenditures and may provide guidance or oversight to student workers or support staff. The role requires the ability to manage multiple complex priorities, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

This position reports to the Training Manager, Transportation & Heavy Equipment.

Qualifications of the Role

  • High School Diploma/GED or and equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years of related administrative experience.

  • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Equivalency: Will consider an Associate’s degree in a relevant field with one year of related administrative experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in lieu of experience.
