Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager for the Franklin Templeton Fixed Income team in Boston to support daily operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, providing administrative support to leadership, and maintaining a professional and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to senior leaders and portfolio managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expenses.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including but not limited to complex international itineraries.

  • Schedule and plan internal and external meetings, greet visitors, and prepare managers with necessary materials for these meetings.

  • Manage office supplies and other office needs.

  • Complete ad hoc projects for business unit.

Education/Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of administrative, office management or operations experience in a corporate environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Understanding of corporate structures and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word and Excel).

  • On-site in the Boston office

Compensation Range: Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. The salary, benefits and variable rewards will reflect the seniority of the position and a competitive market rate. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $65,000 - $80,000.
