We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join one of our advisory teams. The successful candidate will bring strong multitasking and interpersonal skills to effectively support the team based in Kelowna. This is a part-time role offering flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Support a team focused on building strong client relationships and a sustainable wealth management business.
  • Process and follow up on documentation for new account openings and ongoing maintenance of existing accounts.
  • Update and maintain KYC client information in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements.
  • Request, track, and obtain client signatures through DocuSign to support account and transaction processing.
  • Assist with processing and overseeing client transactions, including wires and transfers.
  • Maintain account lists and prepare statistical reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and servicing support to existing clients as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to support team and business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of client service-related experience, with a well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry.
  • Knowledge of Dataphile and DocuSign is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills: good working knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take initiatives and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently, and effectively with employees and clients at all levels.
  • Completion of CSC, CPH and licensed with CIRO preferred.
