2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaThe U-Haul Contact Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position reports directly to the Contact Center Vice President (VP) and provides administrative support. Responsibilities include general office management for the Contact Center including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, paying bills, mail management, ordering and distributing office supplies, event planning, and coordinating the maintenance or replacement of office equipment. This position may also provide administrative support to Contact Center Sr. Leadership, as needed.
This is a full-time position, working on-site at our corporate campus located in mid-town Phoenix, AZ. Monday-Friday with flexibility, as needed, to accommodate workflow. This is an exciting career opportunity with significant opportunity to advance.
Other job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and update distribution lists (Outlook, etc.).
Create reports related to responsibilities.
Process invoices and reimbursements.
Assist in booking travel arrangements.
Write and distribute communication related to responsibilities.
Conduct research or other special projects as assigned.
Skills, Requirements, & Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience as an executive/administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience with project management a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Attention to detail, submitting reports and completing everyday duties.
Ability to problem-solve, be flexible and able to think creatively.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work well with all levels of management.
Handles sensitive/confidential information and/or data with a high degree of discretion.
Strong adaptability.
Forward-thinking, energetic and desire for growing responsibility.
Ability to act and respond under pressure and do so with quality results and professionalism.
