Oaks Hospital, Colchester

Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

(3 x days in pre-assessments and 1x day in Outpatients)

Summary:
Oaks Hospital is one of Essex's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services.

Located on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.

The role:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Oaks Hospital, based in Colchester. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. 

The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.

You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.

Skills & Attributes:

·       A warm, considerate and empathetic character

·       Previous Admin experience

·       Ability to make decisions and use your initiative

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills - face to face, via email and telephone.

·       Fast and efficient computer skills

·       Passion to deliver excellent customer service 

·       Excellent multi-tasking skills

·       A flexible and positive attitude
