Job Description & Summary

The successful candidate will be providing a variety of support including certain aspects of internal infrastructure services, administrative and office management duties, managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers.

Main Role and Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for administrative task in our I&P Services including: Real Estate, Office Management, Travel arrangement, Archive & Document Management, Reception, Courier & Mail Services 

  • Support with CSR tasks (local and regional) including coordination, implementation and reporting  

  • Assist with tasks that support Marketing and Business Development activities    

  • Support with other administrative duties that enhance the effectiveness of the team which may include, but not limited to: event logistics, secretarial assistance with photocopying, scanning, filing, etc. 

  • Provide back-up support to other team members and/or departments as needed  

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 2+ years' previous experience in administrative roles 

  • Fluent in English (other languages would be an advantage) 

  • Effective listening skills; excellent oral and written communication skills (including grammar skills) in both English and Albanian. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and presentation tools 

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate with various teams 

  • Flexible, self-starter, detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy 

  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients 

  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
