Position Summary:
Incumbent provides administrative and clerical support.Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes; open and route incoming mail; locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence; compose routine correspondence; prepare outgoing mail.
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Organize and maintain file system, both paper and electronic; file correspondence and other records
Compile, prepare and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly statistical reports and automated presentations; create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
Serve as backup to front desk as required. Greet scheduled visitors and conduct them to appropriate area or person; screen incoming telephone calls; answer routine inquires; refer callers to appropriate department, person or voice mail.
Order and maintain supplies and forms to support the department; coordinate for equipment and facilities maintenance with front desk.
Coordinate schedules and makes appointments as required.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• One year prior administrative experience
supporting a team of executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATLAS,
Application Extender and familiarity with
package shipping software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak
effectively with customers and employees.
• Must have completed approved company
training program and pass FDCPA test.
