Responsibilities:
Validate and manage quantity PO disputes related to Parts order class purchase orders
Apply miscellaneous charges on unprocessed sales orders
Monitor and follow up with uncollected Cash COD charges
Manually invoicing delivered sales orders
Managing invoice on hold sales orders – obtain customer PO’s to process
Manually process Vendor ASN product tags as needed
E Commerce order management
Cash Register support - check processing and daily drawer counting
Support daily inventory adjustments resulting from picking exceptions
Cross function training and support new employee onboarding
Switch board relief as needed
Support inventory management efforts as needed
Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 years of College Degree preferred
1-3 years related experience preferred
Personal Attributes: Commitment / Dependability, Learning Orientation, Problem Solving, Efficiency, Attention to Detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
Minimum Physical Requirements:
• Standing, sitting, walking, use of hands, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is
$23.29 to $27.91Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
