Provide administrative support to Vice President or above for the sales and marketing team. Assists in maintaining the efficient daily operation and duties of the office. Regularly perform a broad range of administrative duties, often of highly confidential nature, requiring initiative, anticipation, discretion, timely and effective follow-up, and judgement to make independent decisions; major duties of the role would include managing phone calls and visitors, maintaining calendars and meetings, arranging travel and business trips, preparing an assortment of presentations and data, and organizing a large volume of information and calls; maintain and update an effective system for filing and retrieving documents; work independently and with a team on special and nonrecurring projects, and act as a project manager for special projects; create, edit, and finalize memos and correspondence.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of administrative assistant experience at the VP level or above within a large organization of similar size; comparable and relevant administrative training certification through a business college with relevant experience will also be considered.

While base pay starts at $60,000-65,000 there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
