About the Role

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) Pre‑Sales Team in Costa Rica. This role is critical in enabling senior leadership to operate effectively by delivering exceptional administrative coordination, communication, and organizational support.

The ideal candidate brings strong executive-level administrative experience, advanced presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and proactive task coordination.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage meetings, committees, and governance forums, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Develop, edit, and deliver executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring professional quality and clear messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized records, documentation, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner by anticipating leadership needs, managing timelines, and ensuring consistent communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in executive or senior-level administrative support roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, committees, and action tracking with precision and efficiency.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively support global senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Availability to work in a full on‑site model in Costa Rica.
