The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to assigned chairpersons, senior leaders, and medical directors, with primary responsibility for supporting the Chair of General Surgery at Cleveland Clinic. This role manages complex scheduling, handles incoming phone calls, greets visitors, and oversees professional correspondence while ensuring efficient daily operations. The Administrative Assistant also assists with special projects and select management functions, requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to support executive-level clinical leadership in a fast-paced academic medical environment.
A caregiver in this role will work 8:00am to 5:00pm at CC Main Campus Administration Building – Crile.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
