Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members.
Maintains faculty calendars, schedules meetings both in person and virtual. Assists with conference registration, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements according to guidelines.
Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure.
Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years.
Prepare correspondence as needed. Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes documents, prepares copies as needed, maintains files (electronic and hard).
Responds to EPIC tasks as needed.
Answers phone and greet visitors; responds to inquiries and provides information using established guidelines or refers to appropriate individual.
Receives, sorts and distributes mail.
Performs other duties as assigned
