JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of entry-level office/administrative support duties to maintain the HPS Center for Financial office and labs. This position has reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Associate Director of Operations, and the Center’s Administrative Coordinator.

NATURE AND SCOPE:
Internal contacts generally include administrators, faculty, students, and staff. External contacts generally include vendors, consultants, visitors, and the public.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist the Administrative Coordinator in providing efficient and professional administrative support to the Center’s Executive Director and the Associate Director of Operations, including managing and maintaining multiple complex meeting request schedules.
- Open, close, and assist in the running of the Center’s labs inclusive of enforcing established operation policies and procedures, maintaining lab calendars and booking requests.
- Assist lab internal and external lab guests with troubleshooting the use of lab software and hardware.
- Working closely with the Associate Director of Operations to assist in supporting student services and engagement activities.
- Assist the Director of Operations and Program Coordinators with the organization and management of events such as orientation, year-end celebrations, and summer programs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED and 5 years of general work experience.
- AA/AS may be substituted for 4 years of required work experience.
- BA/BS may be substituted for up to 4 years work experience.
