Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is now looking for a new administrative team member. We are looking for dealership experience to assist in processing deals and backing up in other roles as needed. CDK experience is a must.
This is a Monday through Friday role, 8AM to 4:30PM, with the occassional requirement of working late.

Summary:
Provide administrative support to the assigned management department. Compile and maintain records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.
Essential Duties:
- Assist dealership administrator in reviewing sales and service business transactions for accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Prepare and send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and travel.
- Handle special clerical projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- CDK and Automotive Dealership experience a must
- Good organizational skills
- Proper phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
